Close to lots of Santa Cruz things to do, easy check in/out, clean room. The toilet was wobbly but that was not a concern. Stayed with two dogs & we felt welcome. Parking was a bit of a pain the first night but once we got a spot in the lot we just left our car there and walked everywhere.

Convienent location. Short walk to bordwalk and main street. Comfy beds. A+ for cleanliness. Wonderful staff. Didn't need heater on cold nights. Calm nights; no loud music, crying kids or drunk adults. Overrall a great vacation stay.

We were very pleased with our stay. The location was perfect the room was clean and the customer service was fabulous! When we go back to Santa Cruz we won't stay anywhere else and will refer all of our friends and family to stay at this wonderful hotel. Thank you for the great service!
