Very clean! The rooms smell new, has a fridg, microwave and HD tv. Free good breakfast and very friendly staff. Excellent price and a quality stay.

This is a great motel at a reasonable price close to the beach and amusement parks, clean comfortable room, friendly staff. the walk to the beach is 5 mins through a seedy sort of area, but safe, we had no problems and there is shops close by for food. Breakfast was included.

Hotel was very clean considering that it is not very new. However the manager was excellent, very accomodating. He went out of his way to make sure that we had everything we needed. Stayed here while on a family trip during spring break. The hotel is within easy walking distance to Santa Cruz Beach, everyone there was very helpful and friendly, clean room and good breakfast every morning. I usually stay there once a year but this the first time I took time to write this review. See you again next year!

This hotel is one block from the entrance of the Boardwalk. The rooms are updated with modern furniture and accesories, large bathroom, comfortable bed. my wife and i had a great time on our 20th anniversary. the room was clean and the breakfast was large. close to the boardwalk and the beach.
