The hotel that doesn't feel like a hotel. The room was spacious and not decorated like a hotel room. Hard wood floor, guitars, surfboards, pictures, all the nice little things you would put in your apartment. Hawaiian style. Perfect hangout. The way down to the beach - just footsteps. The hotel California is the way to experience California lifestyle.

We spent a week in Ca and spent our last night here. About 200 gets you a clean room right off the beach. Only glitch we had was the homeless guy approaching us in the parking lot begging for anything. Could do without that. Rooms are clean.

This stay was just what I needed. Loved the BEDS they were so comfortable. The staff was all so awesome. Very Friendly, helpful and great with directions to place around. Loved Alex what a great choice for a Manager. So upbeat make made sure everything was perfect.

This hotel does not appear nice at all when you pull up, small tight lot with NO parking. Great place for solo travelers! Its close to the beach, all of downtown Santa Monica and shops and restaurants. The room itself is very clean and nice perfect for my stay.
