I stayed here twice. Once in January and again in March. Great location, friendly service, clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast was good, Seattle's Best coffee in the breakast area but sucky coffee in the rooms. I would highly recommend this motel. Beds are beyond comfy and love the body-sized bolster pillow.

BW was clean. The staff was friendly...and to our surprise we even got a free upgrade. The price to stay was right. The only thing I would have liked were complimentary bottles of water since H20 in SV is so bad.

Great staff and great place for pets. Room was very clean and comfortable. The hot tub was nice and the breakfast was good except for the eggs which were powdered, I think. One ice machine was not working but another one close by was good enough.

i was passing by the area and happen to stop by this hotel and i didnt regret it rooms were clean the toilet even had those timer heaters so it you wouldnt be freezing when you got out of the shower. they had a hot breakfast too i'd stay here again!!

This is a great hotel for access to Santa Cruz and Capitola. Good location, comfortable beds and passable breakfast. All amenities were convenient to the touch and staff was attentive and pleasant. Only objection was to lack of elevator service to second floor.

I had a delightful stay at Scotts Valley. The rooms were neat, clean, and in tip top condition but the breakfast was lacking. I found the breakfast eggs in the morning were to powdery and lacked in taste. I thought I was eating military or prison food. That was the only drawback. Other than that it was perfect! Gerry
