I loved my stay at Stallion springs I will be back for sure!! I would recommend it to anyone who likes peace and quiet. It is a little way off the Free way but totally worth the little back road drive. Booking was a please and Cecilia who took my booking was a delight and made our late night arrival... More

We just retuned from spending a week in this cute little resort. It is a very quiet area; our suite was just next to the jacuzzi and bordered the golf course. We loved watching the woodpeckers in the pine trees, but noise from guests enjoying the jacuzzi was loud and distracting. We checked in after dark the first night and... More

We had the 1 BR unit next to the hot tub which was great for us water lovers. Very clean, comfortable furniture and queen bed. The kitchen sink was small but we put everything in the dishwasher so managed even though we ate lunch and dinner there about every day. Loved having the sliding door in the bedroom-left it open... Very nice small, intimate resort. Located in the high desert about an hour from Palmdale. Located next to a golf course. If you want to relax, relax, relax, this is the place. Can take some nice walks, but nothing extremely exciting close to resort. Very well furnished, 2 bedroom/bath, kitchen, fireplace, washer/dryer. Very enjoyable stay & would recommend it highly... We have just returned from 2 weeks at the Stallion Springs Resort and it was wonderful. My husband and I like to go to places that are small and out of the way and this was both. We had a 2 bed apartment which had everything we needed. The kitchen was a bit small but little things like that don't... More

This is a great resort if you want to get away from the busy city life. My wife and I stayed in a one bedroom unit and it had plenty of room. Pros - Located by a golf course - Jacuzzi bath tub ( a bit small though ) - Huge video library ( about 300 movies ) at front... More

Although in a remote area it is a great location for long day trips to see a diiferent side of California. Long possible day trips include Yosmite NP, Sequoia NP , Mojave Desert, and Joshua Tree NP. For rail fans the Loop is internationally famous. And, this is the vegetable and fruit producing area of our country. Fascinating to see... More

Last week of April 2013 drove through the dry Mojave desert, then up the distant mountains which grew ever greener and changable as we reached higher levels, until several thousand feet above the desert (about 3,700ft above sea level), up in the Tehachapi Mountains, we found a small community at Tehachapi followed by an even smaller community of Stallion Springs... We were there the same time as the previous review - March 16 - 23. We exchanged for this timeshare because we went to the square dance festival in Bakersfield that weekend. While it rained in Bakersfield, it was snowing at the higher elevation. The trip back to the timeshare Sat. nite was a white-knuckler. The last tail lights turned... More

Came to relax and work on a special project. 6 inches of snow on the day after arriving helped me finish the project in two days. Rooms are nice and spacious so being snowed in was pleasant. Kitchen was tiny new units we were told will correct that. Dish washer so small the two of us had to do dishes... More
