Worth every penny. Things that I will remember about Trinidad Bay Bed and Breakfast: -the refreshing smell of the sea air that hit you as soon as you stepped outside -being welcomed with a plate of cookies, shelves of books and guides, old fashioned games, and a warm "help yourself" from the innkeeper -a long staircase down to the ocean... My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. For being such a small establishment, Jason is amazingly attentive to details. Great 3 course breakfasts every morning, and wonderfully comfy linens. Wonderful little surprise in Trinidad! Just one word to those addicted to the screens or being wired----there's no tv and cell reception is spotty (but that's a carrier issue),... More

We had 2 rooms at this B&B, Tidepool and Redwoods both were great but I will have to say Tidepool room was amazing. Vews over the ocean and harbor were amazing on the 1st floor with a seperate entrance. Small patio in front with two chairs and table in room where breakfast can be served. Jason the proprieter cooks a... More

My daughter and I plan an annual trip together. This year we decided to visit the Redwoods and the coast of Northern California. Instead of driving long distances every day, we made Trinidad our home base for day trips. Staying at the Trinidad Bay B&B was a stroke of genius. The views were amazing, the bed was comfy, the breakfasts... More

We stayed here for one night on our drive from San Francisco to Seattle, and it was by far the best California had to offer! We arrived, having booked the Crab Pot room, but we were offered the Redwoods room instead as there was no reservation for that room. We looked at both, and chose the Redwoods as the bathroom... I spent a night here with my gf based on other users' comments on TripAdvisor and am so glad that we did. While the town is quaint, the view as you drive up to the B&B is panoramic and beautiful. Stuff you see on postcards and in magazines. The innkeeper was very courteous and cooked a nice breakfast in the... More

My wife and I wanted to go far away to a beautiful place on the north coast for a few days and see the redwoods. We read earlier TA reviews and decided to come to Trinidad Bay BB. The result is another "Excellent" review with very similar comments to the others. We had an upper corner room with views of... More

We stayed at the Trinidad B&B in April and returned again in Nov '12. The views from the rooms are quite stunning, especially our favorite room, Tidepool, which has views of the bay from the front window including the memorial lighthouse and the fishing wharf as well as the side windows with waves crashing over the large off shore rocks... Service professional and low key -wasnt the type that hovers over you ... The inn is just 4 rooms which is just the right size. We sat at the living room looking out at the ocean - all I can say is wow ! Excellent breakfast . Innkeeper local boy so knew the cool things to visit - thanks !... More
