My upcoming stay will be the fourth time I stayed here. It has always been great with clean rooms and friendly service. The price is very reasonable for what you get and I will continue to stay here.

The Quality Inn was a nice break in my long drive. The woman in the front was friendly, the bedroom sets were nice and updated (they don't look like they belong in my aunt's house) and the continental breakfast was good (I'm a sucker for pastries). I'm going to have to make the drive back home, so if I might... More

We stayed here in april the staff at the counter did take a while, Probably 10-15 minutes to check us in but we didn't mind as long as they got it right which they did. The room was clean & the bed comfortable as were the pillows. The breakfast the next morning was a continental one but there are only... More

My family and I checked-in around 1am, the front desk clerck was very nice. Once we got to the room the first thing my husband said was "it stinks" I made a quick inspection of and found a couple of blood stains on one of our beds. It was'nt such a big deal so we just asked for an extra... More

Our frontdesk clerks are ready to solve the problems and make guests to stay comfortly. This guest told us about the room condition. And, we asked her to move to another room. But, she said she was Ok to stay same room even though she had complaint and she just wanted let us know it. But, we didn't want to... More

We arrived late at night and found that the hotel's understanding of adjoining rooms and ours is completely different. The overnight clerk was kind enough to change our two rooms to a suite so that we could care for a member of our family with dimentia. Well fast forward to our return the following night to find out they wanted... More

I am very sorry for this incident. The guest made reservation through Priceline. He called our front desk about 3PM and asked about connecting rooms. So, our employee told him that we don't have any connecting room at all, but we can make next each other if he wants. He checked in two rooms next each other-#201 and #203. Later... More

Very nice hotel and a good value. A very nice young man checked us in and was very helpful. Our room was very clean and smelled fresh. The furnishings looked new and had an upscale look. Also a nice new flat screen TV. The breakfast had a large selection of food. The parking was well light and everything was quiet... More

Almost asked for another room. The linen was clean, but had some faint stains which was uninviting. Was too tired to go to the pool, but it looked very inviting. The hot tub had those oily bubbles form sun screen.

This was indeed a pleasant place and had a great front desk staff. We traveled with a small dog and so we paid extra ofcourse, but we weren't penalized by being put in a dirty, smelly sub par 'dog room' like too many hotels do. We asked for a room away from highway noise and we got the back corner... More

The staff at this hotel go out of their way to make your stay pleasurable. They make you feel like their old friends of yours. The room was clean and the breakfast was pretty good. The parking lot sweeper for the shopping center at the rear of the hotel at 4:00 AM was not appreciated. The yellow flashing lights and... More
