The desk clerk was elderly and seemed unable to handle his job - very confused. He gave us room keys to the wrong room, which we entered alone, and shrugged off his mistake. ROOM WAS VERY DIRTY. PHONE AND PEEPHOLE BROKEN. ROLLAWAY UNUSABLE, DUE TO BROKEN SPRINGS AND FILTHY MATTRESS/BLANKET.

We needed a hotel that accepted pets. There were only 2 in Visalia, gateway to the Sequoias. This one was very clean, crisp white bedding, great shower, easy & effective heater. The web site photos are actual of this property. Don't expect marble floors and thick fluffy towels, just clean and simple.
