large, clean room. Attentive staff. Underground parking (with a few street level spots in front of hotel). [small gripe: travel with ice pack that can be heated in microwave. There are no microwaves (or fridges) in rooms and breakfast area does not have microwave.]

We were on our last leg of our US trip, driving from Reno, leaving from San Francisco airport back to Asia the next couple of days. The room is spacious, clean and cosy, with comfortable bed. I had to make a last minute reservation for a quick trip to Walnut Creek. I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Walnut Creek. It was very clean and quiet. Parking a little bit difficult for a large pick up truck, but a good night sleep.

We were very pleased with our stay. The room is large, clean, with a nice bathroom and comfy bed. Breakfast was good with many warm or cold choices in a nice room. We've stayed here before and hope to, again.

Stayed here overnight with my daughter. I was pleasantly surprised to find a budget hotel being maintained with above average standards for a very reasonable price. 4 days and nites....very friendly, helpful staff...desk, housekeeping, breakfast area! great location...easy to walk for shopping or eating. impressed with the "to go" bags put out at breakfast...plenty to eat...with refills and clean up on going by staff. biggest and best surprise was the wednesday "manager reception!" afternoon spread...hot and cold eats with lots of soda, water, beer, wine...all FREE... This was a great deal with a very helpful staff. At the front desk Jairo Cisneros was always willing to help with any thing I needed, and always had a vary friendly demeanor. Great place to stay.
