From the moment we arrived at Embassy the staff was so helpful and kind. The valet was amazing and sincere! The check in was fast and the staff was great as well. The rooms were always cleaned nicely and so comfortable! The food was great at breakfast and again the staff was amazing. Thanks for making our staying so awesome!

I generally like Embassy Suites a lot, mainly because of the voluminous, plant filled-interior courtyards and the yummy, made to order breakfast. The breakfast was great although there were so many people it took forever to get food. Loved the evening drink thing. The rooms were very clean but kind of lackluster. Staying here again. If anything, the service gets better everyone I stay here. The servers are so helpful and nice. The front desk personnel are very professional and accommodating. Combined with the convenient location next to BART, this hotel is hard to beat.

We stood in line at the counter and were told that the computers were down, had been down for at least an hour, and were expected to be down for at least a half hour more. Great recent stay. Great happy hours and breakfasts. Easy in and out of San Francisco by the BART which is just across the street. It is about a 30 or 40 minute ride but staying out of the SF downtown area was much more cost effective and the suites were as nice and bigger than most of the high dollar... More

Beautiful lobby in the business district of Walnut Creek, CA. Parking very expensive, $18 per night; but there is overnight street parking around the corner; must move car by 9am. Rooms very large, great beds, wonderful complimentary breakfast. Great lobby!
