We keep coming back because we are guaranteed a warm friendly welcome, the accommodation is first class, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is outstanding and if you are luckly enough to have an evening meal it meets the highest standards. Thanks Nik for a great weekend its like home from home and we will be back again

Found this accommodation on tripadvisor. Nick Westacott made us very welcome and were able to book in early to get ready for a family wedding. The accommodation was very comfortable with many little extras. Breakfast was without a doubt the best we have had in a long time. Would highly recommend this guest house.

I have been desperate to try Nik's place since he opened but Friday night was my first opportunity......and it definitely won't be my last! Fantastic food, great atmosphere and impeccable service! I can't recommend this place enough - and in fact have been doing so since we left.

This is a tiny place, not obvious to find - it's opposite The Woolpack in Fishbourne. The food is first class, and although there are not many places (about 16 seats) it has a proper restaurant atmosphere and is by its very essence cosy and intimate. Not stayed in the B&B so can't comment.
