Andaz is a nice concept, but definitely they need to work on service issues...they try to be friendly but overall is a very unpersonal serivice. Also US 32 overnight parking!!! thats a lot!!!!... Restaurant is Ok.. NO DIGITAL CABLE TV...in LA?? Should be mandatory..in such expensive hotel.

The hotel was just lovely. The staff were so friendly and accomodating. They had an area downstairs that had water bottle, wine (in the evening) and jucies every day. We loved andaz, great views and service. Free non alcoholic drinks and nibbles from room mini bar a nice surprise, the first hotel I've been to where they aren't trying to make money off u once u arrive. Stay west Hollywood it's better than Hollywood central

Stayed at the Andaz for 7 nights having driven from Las Vegas. Hotel was fantastic, staff were very friendly and helpful. I like the Andaz concept and this Andaz is a very nice hotel. I love the Andaz Liverpool Street. It is a great business hotel. I was at the Andaz West Hollywood for 4 days on business in early May. I am not sure I would stay there again on business travel. It took ages to check in…about 40 minutes.... More
