Over all service and room are great wonderfull location close to Knotts berry farm and disneyland with no parking charges like they have around disney. Plenty of shopping and safe area and quite been here twice the service is consistant

From an accommodating front desk to free wifi and breakfast and a lovely pool and spa, this was an excellent value. I especially liked the willingness of the desk clerk to help me when I locked myself out and couldn't make the refrigerator work.

The BW Palm Garden Inn is a clean, friendly, affordable hotel close to all things Orange County, CA. The staff is responsive and courteous, and the hot breakfast (waffles) along with cereal, muffins, sausage patties, etc. is tasty, better than airline food! Usual discounts offered.
