Re-treat yourself! After the lovely drive---bask yourself in secluded serenity! A fun get-away with yoga, hiking, the coolest ever community kitchen, massage, plus choice of temperature flues of amazing healing waters. It doesn't get better!

Here’s what we really liked about Wilbur Springs: 1- The water is, especially in the river, beautiful (see picture). In the pools it is silky and soothing. It smells of sulfur, but not overwhelmingly, and the smell washed off our bodies nicely. 2- The 5 pools are different temperatures and moods. The covered area with the 3 flumes is meant... More

We finally were able to stay at Wilbur on our way home from Southern California. It is only about 30 minutes off of Interstate 5, but decades away from the modern pace of life. We enjoyed the single bed room with bathroom and sink, a converted sun porch area that was quiet and comfortable. The hot tubs and pool are... More

As a lover of Hot Springs, I just can't stay away, even though it's over priced. Better than Harbin? Absolutely....no weird vibe and not over crowded. It's just great water in a serene, secluded, beautiful environment with nice facilities. I guess they know what they've got and what it's worth. If you love hot springs and have never tried Wilbur,... More

Yes, it costs a bit more. Yes the employees seem confused abt how to honor the 25% birthday discount. And yes it is clothing-optional, which unlike Harbin and other spas in the area, does not mean COMPULSORY NUDITY.--it means you have the OPTION TO WEAR CLOTHING. And yes, pack up & bring everything/food/wine you think you'll need. There are stores,... More

I'm a long time hot springs addict and naturist. I discovered WHS about 18 yrs ago and yes, it was more affordable given the cost of living then. But comparing it to nearby Harbin or Orr HS, is impossible. It's simply a lovely place-space. Who knows what their overhead is? I'm sad as I can't allocate the $100+ a night... More

We stayed at Wilbur Hot Springs last weekend for chef's weekend. I was last there 40 years ago and it has changed dramatically for the better without losing it's charm and character. The walks were magnificent in this incredible landscape. We lucked into a full moon and the vistas in the evening were beyond belief. The hot baths, there are... More

Nice clean, but totally over priced for what they offer. Most staff were friendly and helpful though one woman was quite rude. Beware if you arrive after closing time you my be charged a trespassing fee, as you are considered a trespasser by that time. Hot springs are nice, but there are no freezing cold plunge pools. Friends who were... More

I went there to relax, and relax I did! I loved the open kitchen, and the popcorn they provide is fab! I was a bit unnerved by the clothing-optional nature of the pools, but I can't sY I wasn't told...so, whe in Rome! Loved my time there and I can't wait to go back.

We thoroughly enjoyed out time there, but the accommodations are overpriced. The staff was friendly and helpful, the grounds were well maintained, the kitchen was clean and well stocked, and our room was comfortable. But even after a 25% discount, we still felt like we were overcharged. (For what you get, they simply charge too much.) I spoke with several... More
