If you are looking for a really nice place to stay in the Yreka area - this is the place. Friendly and helpful host, really neat rooms and a wonderful breakfast. Beautiful and historic house in an old gold country town. We highly recommend a stay at The Yreka Third Street Inn.

The photos and descriptions on this b&b's website don't do it justice. The house is cozy and well decorated. We booked Mollie's room because it's the only one in the main house with a king bed, but Hedley gave us a tour of the master suite as well. They are both large suites with bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. We also... More

I highly recommend the Third Street Inn in Yreka, CA! There are at least 5 rooms but we always book the Cottage when it's available. The other rooms are very nice with special decorative furniture, accents and bedding. But we just love the Cottage so much that we book it when we are in town.We love the Cottage because of it's... If you desire a restful, safe environment for lodging then Third Street Inn is for you. The lovely circa 1800s Victorian home beckons one to a time past when hospitality was not the exception, but the norm. Hedley and Rich provide an environment complete with turn of the century furnishings taking one back to a tranquil life. This was our... More

My wife and I stayed here two weeks apart and we could not have had a better time. This is by far one of the best stays we have ever had on our travels for my job. We found the Third Street Inn doing an internet search and we were sold from the pictures, description and reviews from previous guests.... More

A charming house, built in the late 1800's. It is on a street where almost every home has a historic plaque--you drive up to a picket fence with a small, neatly shaped hedge in front, a blooming yard, and a Victorian painted cottage. Our room was beautifully decorated with period antiques, bedspread and curtains. The owner, Hedly, is warm and... More

From start to finish, a positive experience! Stayed for several nights and never slept better! Room was lovely, breakfast was healthy, and interactions were memorable. Location was ideal, too... walking distance to Miner Street, which is full of little shops and restaurants.

I think the other reviewer misunderstood the rating scale, although they gave a good written review....anyway, this is the Only place to stay in Yreka. We stay here each time we travel to Yreka to visit my relatives. We own a B&B in Canada and keenly understand the service industry and appreciate the beautiful rooms and effort put into the... More
