We stayed here for a night while attending a Graduation party in Gunbarrell. The rooms were very clean and open. Fireplace, fridge, microwave, small sink and table. Very nice quiet setting nestled in a neighborhood. Great breakfast with fresh fruit and goooooood coffee.

This was definitely a 5 STAR, property. You do not get service, cleanliness, comfortable beds like this at affordable price. The rooms were so spacious and had a special flair. I am new to staying at a Bed and Breakfast..this one was wonderful..with very large rooms with a fireplace, great spacious well appointed rooms..and a bay window that looks into the courtyard.. WE had a meeting in their conference room, complete with bankers style " Board Room" feeling...

The room I had was very nice. Everything felt elegant and even had a tiny library. The best part about this place was the breakfast room. It's huge and great to use the computer there or just relax for a bit. The people running the place are friendly also.
