I stayed here one night while in Boulder on business.
The room was more than adequate, with a super comfy king bed, and a large bathroom. The bathroom fixtures had a retro-modern look to them, which was quite funky!
Everything was nice and clean, except the disgusting carpet in the room, which really seems to have spent a few years...

We've visited Boulder for years, often paying too much for lodging. But we now have stayed three times at the Golden Buff in the past year or so, and it's our only choice now. Not luxurious, but it's superbly located and reasonably priced. Ask for one of the spacious newer rooms in the back of the hotel, where the parking...

We stayed two nights in one of the "suite" rooms. The rooms were large enough for three of us to be comfortable. Two sinks in the bathroom were convenient. A plus for me is that the bathroom fan doesn't automatically turn on with the light so there wasn't that fan noise. The room was clean and had better lighting for...

The positives are that the room was clean and roomy, easy check-in process, and free breakfast. The negatives are that this is a very dated hotel or rather motel. This reminds me of traveling into the 1970's with the heating unit under the window which is either too hot or too cold and your car parked right outside your door....

I stayed there twice, first time in 2007, second time in 2011, nothing changed in between. The second time I did not get the rate at which I booked, but for one night out of four the room had become more expensive without prior notification (booking was through best western website). Both times I got a spacious room which was...

We were undecided if we should spend a night in Denver or in Boulder. We decided on the latter and got a room there.
The room was okay. Dated. Dim. Not impressive by any standard. The breakfast hall was rather disgusting and the food offerings measly and cold.
The staff was okay and the location turned out to be not...

An older motel, the Best Western Golden Buff hit the spot for our two night stay in Boulder.
The second floor room provided a good cross draft, which is not provided in many newer locations. Good shopping and restaurants are available across the street. It is a short drive or long walk downtown to the Farmers Market. McGuckins Hardware is...

I stayed in one of their King Suits for two nights and loved it! The room was quiet and I heard no noise from the other rooms attached or nearby, and from what I understand, they were close to being all the way booked. The room itself was very clean, as was everything else in it. The king sized bed...

In town for the Colorado and Oregon game. Great location, accomodations just right. Great vibe, access to campus, hiking the flatirons and can walk to Pearl Street Mall. Continental breakfast was fine. The Buff restaurant was great. Got to love the Buff!
