This is a $39 hotel charging $70... Can only be the location. Very old and out of date rooms. Beds were old and the room just smelled old.. AC made a noise but air was the only thing not coming out. Bathhroom was larger and clean so that was a plus. Really needs a major rehab....

other than that it was fine. decent hot tub, and nice discount for beaujos on the roomkey card.(nearby pizza place) im allergic to the honey in the dough, but they have spectacular salad bar to go...I dont think I would pay more than $45 cash for this place, tho.it is convenient to RTD, however, afew blocks away.
