Decent hotel with rooms and common areas well maintained. Very close to the Royal Gorge Bridge, downtown area, rail station and a nice clean park with a duck pond. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice hotel with rooms and common areas well maintained.Close to downtown and rail station. Staff very friendly and helpful.If there is a disabled person in your party,make sure you get a room on the first floor.The hotel does not have and elevator.

“Tired of moving!”

I have been very pleased with our stays at the Econo Lodge. So far my husband and I have stayed there 3 or 4 times, and intend on staying there again. The rooms are pleasant, the beds are comfortable, the location excellent and the staff is wonderful. I'm not sure what other reviewers are complaining about.

I stayed at this hotel when travelling through Canon City. If you want a cheap place to stay then read no more as this will meet your criteria. “Very friendly . Close to downtown”

We stayed here for work , it is a nice motel, clean and the staff are great. You can walk to Main Street, and it real close to the royal gorge treating station. Nice little breakfast. Rooms are dated though, older tvs and beds.

“The hotel was clean”

It was your basic hotel. For the area comparable to other hotels. Dated but it was clean. Minimal breakfast not huge variety. location was good and easy to find. I would stay again and if you want a cheap hotel I would recommend this one.

“Great staff!”

After a long travel day, we were looking for a room close to the pool. The front desk gave us what we requested. The room was clean and right across from the pool. One warning, the walls are thin! The staff was very friendly and made us feel right at home.

The price was about $20 less then i expected. The room was clean and comfortable.
