On the website for the Mecca Motel, under Motel Info, it states "Sorry, no pets allowed." What they mean by no pets allowed is no pets on the premises - at all. We left the Mecca Motel and went down the road to the Rainbow Lodge where the rooms are clean, nicely decorated, and small pets are allowed.

Hotel is between Old Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs. Garden of the Gods is right behind the hotel. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. Even though the television was not a flat screen the hotel is very well maintained. Very reasonable rates. We would stay again.

Super clean and well maintained. It's not fancy, but it's close to attractions and the staff are very friendly and personable. Wouldn't think twice about staying here again.

Was doing some camping when weather got bad. Got a room at the Mecca, the room was very clean, the bed was perfect for my back, nice hot shower, nice people and great price.

We looked in TP for a place to stay. Several places were sold out on the labor day weekend, but we were lucky to stay here. Clean and large rooms, good location, beds are on the firm side, and spectacular views. Amanda's Fonda, across the street, is a good Mexican restaurant. Garden of the Gods is two miles away.
