The new owners of this park have built a nice fence where the posts used to be that allow you to see the hiking/bike path and creek. Spots are a little tight/close together. Otherwise, this campground was just wonderful! Clean comfort station, nice laundry facilities, pleasant people, and plenty of amenities. We were even invited to a camper's BBQ one evening. The other visitors were also very friendly. Close to Manitou Springs and varous tourist attractions... We'll visit this location again!

This is a nice campground in a good location. Very clean grounds and restrooms. They had excellent barbecue offered by an outside vendor for $ 7 a plat in a nice area available with picnic tables. We would stay here again.
