Clean and charming. The grounds are beautiful. Friendly and helpful staff. Food quality has gone down a bit. It used to kind of pop. It now just looks kind like conference food. The price of the meals vs quality might not be worth it.

Glen Eyrie is located in an awesome setting. We adventured on a hike from the castle grounds to a mountain that overlooks the Garden of the gods. We stayed in the Oaks Lodge since there was a conference going on in the castle, but enjoyed a delicious breakfast on the castle terrace the next morning.

Quiet and breathtaking. No TV's. The staff are helpful. The meals are terrific! The wedding I attended was a delight. The "Castle" (big mansion) is what romance stories are made from. The rooms in the "Castle" are divine! The man at checkin needs to lighten up... like the rest of the checkin people. Do stay in the "Castle"!

I stayed at Glen Eyrie as part of a musicians' conference and was amazed by the natural beauty of the location. My room in Big Horn Lodge was spacious, clean and very adequate. Wifi access throughout was very convenient and our meals were great. Facilities for our event were very good although some rooms the AC was almost too much... More

Book far enough in advance to get the castle rooms. This place is breathtaking.

Our family enjoyed a great time at Glen Eyrie nestled next to the Garden of the Gods in CO Springs. The castle was beautiful! The rooms were average but the awesome surroundings made up for it. The staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious! This was our second time there and the last time 14 yrs. ago. They have... More

My wife and I attended an Innovo retreat at Glen Eyrie. The morning and evening devotional times were just enough to jump start the rest of the day. We came away spiritually refreshed. Stayed at The Oaks. Comfortable, simple retreat-accomodations. Food was good. The valley is beautiful, restful and unique.

We stayed here on July 20 and 21st booking 4 rooms each night when most other hotels were booked in CO Springs. The scenery and hiking trails are EXCELLENT! Bighorn sheep even walked right up to our lodge (Oaks Lodge). The breakfast at the Castle is magnificant. The AC in the rooms in Oaks Lodge ran around 60 degrees -... More

I attend an annual conference at Glen Eyrie every 4th of July. This year was the 4th year the conference was at the Glen. The conference is a family retreat that approximately 300 people attend. We had booked the whole campus. PROS: *Some* of the rooms. I have stayed in many of their lodgings over the years. Eagle's Nest, the... More

We stayed two nights at Glen Eyrie on a vacation celebrating 20 years of marriage. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The grounds are a true gem, with trails around the grounds for every type of hiker. We plan on coming back and bringing our four kids next time.
