Very tight spots! Slide outs almost touch the rv next to ours, that should be considered a fire hazard! In addition when you get in line to dump, then the RV’s trying to park have very little to maneuver.

Before we visited we'd already read that the entire park is gravel and RVs are crowded in, but the staff was very accommodating. Both are true. There were no picnic tables, because there wasn't room for them. However we did have Cable TV along with full hookups. It was so hot when we were there, that we just shut the blinds and blasted the air conditioner, so the close neighbors didn't bother us. It cost about 1/2 what other major parks were, so we probably would stay the re again. Their wifi was pretty good. I mostly just used Verizon data, though.

We were in to visit our sister who lives in Colorado Springs. Goldfield was within 5 miles of her house. Rate was good thru Passport America only extra was the electric used during our stay.. very helpful staff. Parking for the trailer was fairly close but workable

The park is behind an O'Rielly Auto Parts & just barely off the highway. Very noisy & spaces are not that wasy to get in and out of. The permanent residents property is not in keeping with us travelers. Trash outside & other misc. items. I don't recommend!

Not much for views unless you like to watch traffic and there's plenty to listen to at night. We were just off the highway 24. Too Much of a gravel pit. No Wifi to speak of, TV channels, not much. Workers were very nice and hekpful. This is a one night stand.

Location is about all it offers. Our site, back in, and trees, was $480 a week. They said free wifi and cable. Wifi worked one day of the seven and the office advised us to use our hot spot or phones upon check in. The cable was 10 channels of which, three channels had no sound. This is the deluxe site of which we paid extra. If the Unit next to us put out their slide outs, we could touch their slide out from our picnic table. It was close to Garden of the Gods and close to Old Colorado City, but construction going on so noisy traffic and construction. We have a dog...like 3/4s of the campground. Their is one dog playground, all dirt, and used by all of the campground. Any campsite, no exceptions, is gravel. No grass in the campgroup. Our dog looks for grass so that was a problem. In other words, rarely convenient for our pet. The laundry room is very, extra clean, but expensive! We will use the local and clean laundry facilities. Won't come back. Too noisy, too close and too expensive, but close to Garden of the Gods!!…

The staff is very good! They want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The sites are level and while the park is limited in pull through spaces it is really well located!! There is a wonderful restaurant across the street and old town is an easy walk for sightseeing and shopping.

This park is extremely tight both trying to get in and out. They have jammed as many spots as they could in a small area. We had a "pull Through" that was almost impossible to get out of particularly with the car hooked up. The people working there were very nice and helpful, its too bad they have chosen to make this park so user unfriendly.

This campground had the tightest sites we've ever stayed in. No room to sit outside and one night the RV next to us was so close we couldn't open our outdoor kitchen to fix dinner. The park was packed every day we were there and everyone we talked to was complaining. The only good thing about our visit was that is was within walking distance to Old Colorado Springs, and close to Garden Of The Gods, Pikes Peak, and Manitou Springs Cliff Dwellings. Book at your own risk. Most of the other campgrounds around the area looked just the same as this one.

Nice rv park. Full hook ups. Pay electric extra but it was very minimal. Easy in and out, close to a lot of restaurants and attractions. Nice scenery and playground parks close by for children. Showers and restrooms, all kind of camping allowed.
