“Business trip”

Room was clean and very comfortable, parking here is an issue though. Breakfast could use more fruit and the juice machine was not working properly. Front staff was very friendly and helpful. I travel 2 states and stay at HI Express's in both states. I would rank this one as average.

“Room filthy with human blood on wall, burned carpet, dented doors.”

Staff was wonderful. Lobby impeccable. Room DISGUSTING. Blare blood stain on wall between beds. Huge burns in carpet, size of tennis balls. Horrible smell from stained ragged couch. My kids thought someone died in there.
