I would say the worst hotel where my credit card was over charged for almost thrice the actual and they are not able to resolve it almost for a week. I had to use my friends Card for my expenses.

I stayed at the Renaissance Hotel for a business trip recently. The room was not clean - stained trash can by the desk and hair in the tub. The noise of the trains can be heard throughout the day and night.
