This is a great hotel. Very different yet elegant decor and ambiance. Wonderful service and staff. Beautiful, immaculate rooms. However, I didn't care for the large number of dogs that accompanied the humans. When I was looking for a luxury hotel to spend our annivesary in, I guess I missed the "pet friendly" part. I love dogs, but I didn't... More

The Monaco is central, it is friendly, it is reasonably priced. The wine and cheese at 5 - 6 is fun, and if you miss it, the desk will give you a certificate that will give you a free wine in the lounge. The restaurant next door (Pinzano) is four star -- italian. I personally have had better italian food,... More

This hotel was awesome. The staff was so attentive, friendly, and helpful. If we needed something, there was a knock at our door within 10 minutes. They even delivered a goldfish to our 8 year old son. The front desk was exceptional, and the valet and doormen were top notch. Don't use the mini bar for snacks, there is a... More

The decor is hip and modern- bold orange hues with big bold patterns, huge flat screens, high ceilings, and they will even deliver a live goldfish as a hotel amenity. Even the pullout sofas in the suites are comfy.. Don't miss the animal print robes and cow!

This.Place.Rocks!! I stay here every chance I can when in Denver. The front desk staff is always exceptional, Love the Kimpton in Touch perks of "raid the minibar" and free wifi. Parking is always steep $ in downtown Denver and this place is no exception-plan on paying at least $20 for parking however the valet service is excellent/helpful. The rooms... More

We stay at this hotel hotel often and continue to return based on our initial experience and their dog friendly offerings. Recently their service has slipped and the staff is no longer as responsive or interested in providing a four star level of service. Additionally I have booked rooms there with special packages and not received all the benefits, calls... More

Generally Kimpton’s are very nice hotels. Sadly, I’ve just had a bad run of luck with service. Checking in the valets and front desk staff were great. The room was the typical Kimpton room which is anything but typical compared to your normal hotel room. Kimpton’s standard is usually a very modern, almost quirky room that manages to be weird... My boyfriend and I decided to fly to Denver on a whim for our anniversary because we found $8 tickets :) We also booked this hotel for a great rate via Hotwire. Lucky us. Wow. This hotel is beautiful! I don't know if we just lucked out once again, or if the reviews I read were before this hotel was... More

Loved the lobby. The nightly wine reception was very nice. It is every night not just during the week like a lot of hotels. Room was nice but small without a view. The entire hotel had a comfortable boutique feel. Bed comfortable. Only negative was the toiletries. Shampoo was dirty, empty bottle. Lotion had been used and mostly gone.
