Stay here often for business. It is quiet, and away from the bustle of the downtown area. Great jogging along the river. very good restaurants within walking distance. Don't miss the BBQ just down the street. Starbucks right across the street. Rooms clean and comfortable. Grab and Go breakfast is minimal at best. Easy traffic patterns for getting to town.

hotel is in need of an update. carpets in the hallways and elevators are very dirty. there was mold on the caulking of bathtub. Furniture is tired and old. the reception area is *tiny*. On the good side, staff was very pleasant and accommodating & the location is very close to downtown Denver area and shopping centers.
