The Brown Palace Hotel is a special place to stay, filled with history and furnished with comfortable and beautiful furniture. But the people in the Brown are what really makes it special.Everyone who works there clearly cares very much about the comfort of the guests. The desk staff and the concierge were quick to meet our every need. The room... More

We travel to denver every month and have stayed everywhere. After finding the brown, we ONLY stay here. If you want impeccable service where they remember your name, stay at the brown. The top of the brown is that extra special touch that we look for when we travel. Quite, Hugh, emaculently clean rooms. Turn down service every night. How... More

okay so i am not that into historic hotels, they always seem a little dusty and outdated to me, but the Brown Palace manages to keep up with tradition without seeming old. Usually you get these teeny little bathrooms, but was pleasantly surprise by the large marble bathroom, double shower head even though there was no bath. Tried to get... More

Having been delighted with a family-reunion stay at this classic hotel in 2010, I decided to revisit for a business trip last month. I'm happy to report that the hotel did not disappoint. Superior, friendly and accommodating customer service are a hallmark of this hotel. There is something genuine about this property: staff who make guests feel welcome; rooms that... More

Have stayed at this great, vintage, first class hotel many times over the years. Restaurants are simply outstanding !! Learned of a turn-of-century underground passage way to a historic and renovated building across street which was at times in the past ( all the way back to gold rush period to the 1930's) a bordello, speakeasy, gambling den and mens club.........now... This is a beautiful Victorian hotel! The atrium and restaurants are beautiful and you feel like you are stepping back in time! Everything about this place is classy! We stayed here for my birthday and it was perfect! Our first night was upgraded to a palace king room from a classic queen. It was really spacious and very comfortable, we... More

My wife and I stayed here for two nights in October last year. Valet parking was friendly and efficient ( although a tad pricey at $28 per night). The atrium/foyer area is an amazing tribute to a bygone era of elegance and style. Wonderful. Our room was large and comfortable. We had an excellent dinner in the Ship Inn. Location... More

My hubby and I stayed at The Brown for our anniversary this past weekend. It was great, as usual. Excellent service, and even a surprise for us when we arrived back from our night out. They had turned down our bed, left chocolates, and had queued up a live classical concert taking place at Boettcher Hall that evening. It certainly... More

We truly appreciate your generous remarks regarding the service you received from our staff, the architecture of the hotel and our convenient location in downtown Denver. I understand from your review that you also had some concerns regarding the overall pricing at the hotel. All aspects of our pricing, including rooms, restaurants and Spa are benchmarked against similar luxury hotels... More
