They should be ashamed! Our troops and soldiers serving OUR country aren't even entitled to the 10% discount they will offer to AAA members or seniors! I wouldn't choose this hotel for any reason after talking with the reservations service member who told me "no military discounts, our rates are already low enough" with much sass in her voice. The rooms were dirty, the bathtub actually ha dirt in it, the halls constantly smelled. The hotels is in an industrial complex, but there are shops close by, and its right off the highway. Also,the room did have a kitchenette, which is convenient.

The staff was very nice and accomodating but I would never come back. It was noisy and gritty looking and the tank top of the toilett was plastic! The sheets looked dirty and the OJ in the continental breakfast was not real OJ, it was Tang....

2 nights in Denver in the Best Inn and suites. Room was not very clean, dirty spots on the floor and the curtains. Swimmingpool not well maintained. Breakfast really poor. And the service and friendliness of the receptionists was the worst we had in the USA.
