This hotel was awesome. The front desk staff (especially Melissa) were EXTREMELY helpful and courteous!! The rooms were clean and very well kept; the breakfast was complimentary and good. Good location with food andmall nearby. I would definitely use this hotel again!

This hotel was fabulous, esp. as a person with a disability. There were ground level suites for disabled patrons. My shower didn't have a shower chair in it as it was supposed to, so the staff immediately went out and purchased one since they were unable to quickly locate it. Good location in Englewood, quiet- until the Ikea is built- then traffic might pick up. Rooms are clean, kitchen is good. Workout room has one StarTrac treadmill and Reebok bike- no weights. Breakfast- simple- cereal, juice coffee, bagel, packeaged muffins. Wireless works and is free.
