Good place to stay after a long road trip. You get what you pay for plus. Never experienced any thing bad to note.

The room has a stinky feet, urine smell to it which they mask with strong room deodorizer. The carpet literally turns your feet black. I recently stayed for 4 nights. Guesthouse offers a great product for the price. Its rooms are spacious, clean, and many/most contain coffee makers, small fridge and microwave. Simple 1-star motel with outside doors, super old beds and carpet, and not much to praise other than the $40/60 price. The sheets had major red stains on them, you can guess what that was. My husband and I went to the Guesthouse in need of a relaxing weekend away and that was exactly what we got. Our hot-tub room was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. The front desk staff were great. Very kind and friendly. They had a very nice breakfast too. I'm looking forward to our next stay there!
