I stayed one night thinking the Courtyard was the nicest of the Marriott hotels. It is the most expensive. The hotel is dated and the hall carpets are dusty at all of the edges. This room was dirty. The toilet ran every time I flushed it and upon opening the back of the tank I was met with mildew and... More

I would stay at Marriott's Courtyard in Fort Collins again and again simply because of their staff. What wonderful, kind, caring people--all the way around. This includes the front desk, the engineer, and the people who you meet in the halls who are cleaning the rooms. I don't think I've ever experienced such wonderful customer service at a hotel. Hours... More

I am a regular customer in Marriott residents inn but this time I decided to change and I picked the country yard and I discovered that there is a big difference between them. The first thing the rooms themselves in country yard is much smaller and it is just a regular king size bid room. There are no refreg and... More

I got a great price through bidding on Priceline. The sheets were stiff but the king bed was nice. The hotel was several miles from the old town of Fort Collins where a visitor would probably prefer to stay, though. The staff was great!

I got the room cheap on Priceline, so I can't really complain (since I did the price bidding and was risking getting a bad place). The motel is just that...a motel. The bed was ok, the tv was an OLD CRT with bad quality picture. The breakfast was not included in our rate, which was disspointing considering I ended up... More

I chose this hotel because of the overall price ($77/night). The room was clean, the bathroom was ok (amazing water pressure and shower head though), and the sink was a standard size. The television in the room was a bit antiquated (rear projection tubes), with basic cable channels. What I did notice that I didn't like was how thin the... More

My husband stayed here one night (in snowy weather) on his way home from a business trip. Arrived around 10 p.m. and was very impressed with the front desk clerk - super helpful and friendly. The rate was very reasonable, just a few dollars higher than the low-end brands, but night and day by quality comparison. Would not hesitate to... More

The stay at the hotel was average. The room was very small, but okay for 1 night. However, if you go, don't leave anything behind because you will never see it again and check your bill! Someone tell me how you can leave a pair of shoes in the middle of the floor, but have NO ONE find them. I... More

Been there for busines on December 2011, and most reviews spoke about a "first Courtyard generation" hotel, during check in I was told about some final flooring works and was a great surprise to see that the hotel is under renovation process. About the rest nothing special, clean rooms with coffe maker, free and fast wi fi, good sized desktop... More

We stayed here in early December during a family event in Ft. Collins. This place is truly nothing special. The room was clean and warm, which was nice during the snow storms. There are markets nearby, walking distance during the warmer months. No microwave in the room, but a mini fridge. Overall, it was a little run down, but pretty... More
