This hotel is like Title says. The room was clean and everything worked. The things that bothered us was they didn't replace any soap,coffee or shampoo. We had a very warm welcome at reception and were delighted with our room, having expected something more basic. It was a very good hotel experience and everything we needed was there. Everything was in tiptop condition and the whole building was clean and fresh. We appreciated the the little welcome freebie, too!

Just stayed at the HI express this week and i was very pleased. My room was spacious, beds were comfy, loved the service and free wifi. Building is well maintained and very good. We used points for two free nights stay on our our 45th wedding anniversary. The staff was very nice and friendly. The rooms were clean as well was the breakfast area. The breakfast room was spacious with great food including the hot scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, pancakes, and other selections. Its a great hotel in a fantastic mountain location.
