As B&B experiences go, Lavender and Thyme, conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Glenwood Springs, yet set back enough so you can't hear the traffic on the main street, is just about perfect. It's about four blocks from the trailhead to Doc Holliday's grave. We chose to drive across the bridge when visiting the hot spring pools, because that... More

We have traveled a lot of places and utilized a lot of bed & breakfasts'. This has got to be one of the best. Jan and Peter take so much personal care and attention to detail. They are warm and friendly. The breakfasts are to die for. If you are heading this direction, you must stay here. It is a... More

Summary: This is the most beautiful B&B and the nicest hosts I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing! Glennwood Springs is one of our favorite places to go for a weekend getaway. We have come up at least once a year for the last 30 years. Last year we found this place and stayed over Presidents weekend. This year... More

This was a really great B&B all around. The home is beautifully decorated with an interested wall clock collection that Peter can tell you all about. The breakfast was a highlight - 3 courses - and the beautiful dishes were amazing. Peter and Jan answered all our questions about the area which was nice. The location is 4 blocks from... More

This is a really cute B and B, just a few streets off of the main drag in Glenwood Springs. I had the opportunity to stay here in August, when collecting my son from a camp in Vail. The intent of the trip was to do the enjoy the big hot springs pool and also trek up to the park... More

I was treated like a queen. I had never had such an elaborate breakfast -- wow -- I waddled out to take mere steps to the town. The B & B has gorgeous antiques and the owner set a new table setting each morning....quite a bit better than my usual granola bar. I liked that the breakfast wasn't until 8:30... More

This is a beautiful, relaxing B&B that is close to the hot springs. They are very helpful with finding restaurants and anything you need. It is one of the few B&B's that you can enjoy an intimate setting and just enjoy talking to the innkeepers and meet new people at breakfast. The breakfast is amazing! Just wish when you spend...
