Pro's: close to restaurants, easy access off of interstate, great friendly staff Con's: Too close to interstate, (nearly right at ramp)so light sleepers should avoid this property , needs serious remodeling, no breakfast included and not a great value for what you get

The towel color issue I am addressing. We have upgraded the towels and linens but the old were not completely cycled out. I checked the room and it does need cleaning/ painting. I had the room repainted. I apologize for the condition of the walls. The hotel has been doing incremental renovating for the past couple of years. It will continue at a moderate pace and is a function of available cash. Average at best, a lot of traffic noise, very hard to regulate the air conditioner. Try to get a room away from the highway. No complimentary breakfast, cafe was OK and priced well. Security not as good as I would expect, very much in need of updating. Everything seemed very worn.

The hotel is adjacent to I-70 so it would not be unexpected for there to be highway noise. Did you notify the front desk regarding the problem with the air conditioning? We cannot rectify a problem if we are not informed. Sorry that your stay was so mediocre. Thanks for giving us a shot. More
