The facility was very nice. The hosts were lovely and helpful. Very clean and welcoming. A little disappointing that the bathroom was down the hall and the location was right on a busy, noisy street. But we are used to remote location and peace and quiet.

Thanks again for choosing to stay at our BnB. As a BnB that is Advertised as being in the middle of everywhere, we are not a remote and way out of town BnB. People normally come here to do things, and we are within walking distance of a beautiful park with a small lake and trails, and a short drive... More

Our one night stay at this B&B was great. Sam and Judy are the perfect hosts, our room was beautifully decorated and we had the best sleep for our whole trip. Breakfast was superb. We would highly recommend to friends. It's also close to wineries and fruit areas.

We enjoyed our visit to the Bookcliffs Bed and Breakfast. Judy and Sam are wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome. Their home is beautifully decorated. Our room and bathroom were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous and an excellent way to start a day of hiking! We would definitely stay with them again!

Sam and Judy were wonderful hosts and made us feel truly at home. Everything was very well kept and comfortable - super clean! Our visit was only one night but we enjoyed it thoroughly and would be please to visit again if we return to Grand Junction.

Our stay at the Bookcliffs was a deal—$92 for the ebony room—and, considering the quality of our stay, the definition of value. The room itself was beautiful, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom, although not attached (it was two doors down the hall), was all ours and truly huge. Sam and Judy, the owners, are very nice and down-to-earth,... More

We stayed here for 2 night towards the end of our 5 week honeymoon and it was a real highlight. Sam and Judy were lovely and breakfast was delicious (and huge!) It really soothed any home sickness that we had because it felt like we were visiting family. The room and bathroom were beautiful (the beds and pillows were so... More

Sam & Judy were very hospitable-we felt quite at home. Breakfasts were more than you could ask for. Rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. Pulling off the highway into the driveway was a challenge at night as the local authorities have apparently forbidden a lighted sign. We were made to feel as part of their family.

We had a very nice stay at the Bookcliffs B&B. Judy and Sam are nice, down-to-earth folks - good people. Their home (designed and built by Sam, Judy and their sons) was quite impressive. We stayed four nights and felt very comfortable in their home. Breakfast was well done - a good start to every morning we were there. Over-all,... More
