Unbelievably rude staff and accommodations that, if minus star ratings were given, would come in at a negative five. I'm a former travel professional and I've honestly never seen it as bad as this, as in, you have to pay THEM to stay there. A hayloft at the base of Lookout Mountain would be preferable.
