I felt the staff was very friendly and helpful. They sorted thru some internet problems beyond what I would have expected. When I asked for some additional towels the individual fairly ran to get them. And then when I left without remembering to get some clothes out of the drawers the housekeeping staff found them and sent them to me....

My husband I stayed here in October 2011. The king room was spacious, the bed amazing and the bathroom very clean. The chef did a great job with his presenation of our chocolate covered strawberries and Champagne - perfect evening. It was worth the trip up from Colorado Springs. Thank you!
