This bed and breakfast is located within walking distance to everything and is completely charming. We really enjoyed our stay! They were so nice. We went here for our anniversary. The place was super clean. They have great private bathrooms with bearfoot tubs which we really enjoyed. They have 2 awesome dogs that were so cute to play with. Highly recommended. We hope to go back. Glenwood Springs, CO

Clean, quite and just an amazing place to get away for a night or two. Its an old historic place lots to see and do in the area. The owners are wonderful and the breakfasts in the morning are always amazing.

This is pretty much the best place to spend the night in Manitou Springs. ..ok, the Cliff House is better but at a third the price the Avenue is a bit more attainable for most. Everything was lovely but I think the best part of the stay was the breakfast: Creme Brule' French Toast with Drunken Strawberries. delicious.
