Stayed in Montrose last week. Hotel is under renovation... beware the paint fumes, till they get the work done. This is an older Holiday Inn that being upgraded. Excellent service and happy people (they seem to enjoy their jobs). The rooms were nice and roomy. The only issue regarded the elevators, hallways and lobby, which need updating. They kept spraying air fresheners, as when they didn't the smell wasn't pleasant.
