Spotlessly clean, warm & wonderful staff, great coffee! They offer to make reservations for you. Be prepared for a great experience and you WILL want to return. Hot tubs are a terrific plus - sitting warm and wet while viewing incredible mountains, sky, and wildlife! Love the movie/dvd selections.

This is the nicest hotel in ouray. We love going there. So clean and really nice people.

Definitely recommend. Very nice room, above average and exceeded our expectations.They had a senior rate when we asked for it. Hot springs there are more like hot tubs and are small, but quite nice. Loved the area. Quiet and not everything opened yet, which we liked!
