This is an incredible place. The hot tubs are everywhere. Some are large enough for 10 people. some are small and private for a couple. I am not a person who loves hot tubs but this place is great. The staff was wonderful. my husband says " the hot tubs overlooking the river are very scenic" It is a beautiful... More

My husband took me to the springs for mothers day and i was not happy with the room. There was chemical residue still left on the base of the toilet, there was toothpaste on the faucet fixture and hair in the bathtub. We paid over $300.00 for the room and it was not inspected thouroghly after the maids cleaned. The... More

love this place!! at first I hated the smell...I think it's from sulfur from hot springs...But when I got used to the smell, I started to enjoy the room (but more of the hot springs!!!) Staying the resort allowed me to use the pools 24 hrs and offerred cool & hot beverages (located in the lobby) The beds were comfortable... More

We had a wonderful time in the hot springs. It's laid out well, so many to choose from and so very scenic. Paid $260 a night for a room with sitting area in the new building. The sitting area had no window, it was a bit depressing to sit in. The bedroom was quite attractive. The hotel staff barely acknowledges... More

The hot springs pools sit right at the base of the San Juan River, and they range from 90-120 degrees (F). As a guest of the hotel, you have 24 hour access to them. We found the pools to be delightful, and there might just be something to the legends of healing power associated with them. I think your experience... More

We stayed in one of the luxury suites and it was worth every penny. The suite was beautiful and we enjoyed sitting on the covered Patio watching the people in the springs and enjoyed the view of the montains.

We stayed one night in March, 2012. The deluxe room was pretty basic and a little on the small side. It was clean, comfortable and adequate though. But the included, 24-hour access to the superior hot springs resort for our family of four was worth the high price. We enjoyed soaking the evening of our arrival as well as the... More

We did not take the advice of other reviewers on this site because some of the things other people rate highly were not important to us. We go to an area for the amenities and scenery available and not to sit in our hotel room. This being said we stayed in the Standard room which is a basic motel room... More
