The hotel is in a great downtown location, a couple of blocks of I-25. From the outside the hotel looks great, the rooms are average. We were checked-in to the wrong room - I reserved 2 beds but was checked into a room with 1 bed - I finally got it straightened out and received the correct room. The room... More

I recently had my third stay at this hotel. The rooms are wonderful and the lobby is inviting. I was a little shocked by the price of cocktails at the bar ($14 for a vodka cranberry) - but I guess I shouldn't have been; it is a hotel, after all.

Thank you so much for the kind comments, and I understand your comment about the beverage pricing. I am currently reviewing our lounge pricing and anticipate by your next visit the prices should be more "friendly". Dave Haning General Manager More

Our reservation got cancelled somehow?? I was shocked and asked if they were sold out and the lady said no not at all, so I asked what the issue was and can't she just reinstate it. The employee seemed puzzled and disappeared into the back for ten minutes and came back and said yes she could. She proceeded to make... More

Kathryn, Thank you for your valuable input. I apologize for the curtness at the front desk when you checked in, I assure you that it will be addressed with the responsible party. Also apologies for the problem with the gift card. Thank you for the kind comments concerning the room and lobby areas along with the housekeeping staff. I hope... More

The hotel is right off I-25 and a couple blocks away from the Pueblo Ice Arena. The overall appearance of the hotel is very clean. However, it took at least 10 minutes to get hot water to the faucet (both tub and sink) and there was a sewer gas smell in the hallway (we were on the sixth floor). Front... More

Thank you for your comments and input. I have had my engineering staff investigate the issue of which you spoke. We did indeed find a valve that had failed and was causing the problem with the hot water. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I hope you will stay with us again soon, and if you do, please... More

Nothing remarkable, but it was a nice, clean stay. Pillows could have been a bit softer, and maybe I could have asked for a different set. And parking is a bit funky...with a later check-in (around 9:30), I ended up having to park pretty far away. Still, I'd stay there again if I need to do business in Pueblo again.

first, I will say that I got my room through priceline, so I luckily didn't pay full price. I can't understand why they put little tiny beds in big rooms. It's absolutely impossible to share a room with your teenaged children. I don't know why pueblo has such poor hotel choices. Besides being small, the beds are uncomfortable. The bathrooms... More

I apologize that your stay was not up to our normal standard. And I understand your issue with the double beds. The good news is that we will be replacing the double beds with Queen beds in the near future. Thank you for your comments, we appreciate the input. Sincerely, Dave Haning General Manager More

Was booked there by my AMEX travel agent the week it opened. It is always clean and staff is nice. Prices have gone way up but still the best choice in Pueblo.

I had business in downtown Pueblo this week. The local Marriott for the bill perfectly. The rate at the time was $139 which is lower than I normally see for a full service Marriott. I ordered room service and dinner arrived just as expected. Excellent service as I have come to know with this hotel chain. The parl\king is limited... More

I am here for two weeks and this place has completely soured my opinion of this city and hotel chain. Why you ask? I am here for two weeks training at a first responder training site, which itself is great but the hotel is run by pompous little man. So here my horror story begins early Saturday morning of December... More
