Attended a conference and chose the Wildwood over Silvetree because the hotel staff told me by phone that they are sister properties and really the same. This is absolutely not true. The Wildwood is a rundown motel. When I say rundown, I mean really bad. We were moved three times until we could get a room that had a working... More

We booked the Wildwood Lodge at the last minute via expedia - got a great price, but sight unseen. The staff was fantastic - the check in was at the Silvertree (sister property and full use of the Silvertree amenities); their valet took care of the car and luggage, as parking is hard to find. The room at the Wildwood... More

I have been staying at the Wildwood since 1966 (?) and you could not find a more convenient place to stayk! The continental breakfast covered with the price of the room is to be experienced first hand! Wonderful staff, great rooms (what do you use it for other than to change and sleep?), big pool and jacuzzi and location, location,... More

Easy, efficient, clean, fairly low frills. Super-easy check-in, low-maintenance, very satisfying. Beds: not bad at all, totally does the trick. The location is, of course, out of the world. Most wonderful: a brand-new humidifier in the room! It was like finding gold at the end of the rainbow. The hotel is fairly stern about closing down the pool circa 10... More

The Wildwood Lodge is ALMOST as comfortable for us as home :-) We stay here every March for our very large family vacation combined with a business seminar - probably somewhere upwards of 30 years in a row. i guess that says a lot about the Wildwood that we keep returning. Located just above the Snowmass Mall, it is perfectly... More

Recently stayed for 1 night at the Wildwood Lodge while working a music festival in Snowmass, CO. When I got back to the room after a long day of work at 2:00am its was a steamy 80 degrees inside as it had been all day. The location in the winter can be considered ski in ski out or darn close.... Now this is not a cozy, chic hotel. It is dated and a bit tired. From the minute you walk into the reception area and there is nobody there and nearly always an empty bar area you may think it is closed. However, all reception matters are now handled adequately by The Silvertree next door. This is more like motel... More

I was attending a conference at the Silvertree Hotel and made reservations to stay there with four other colleagues. Upon our arrival, we were instructed that we would be staying at the Wildwood Lodge instead of the hotel. We had to drag our luggage across a street and down a hill to the Lodge. We went inside the lodge and... More

We booked rooms at the Wildwood becasue of an under $100 super summer deal that we needed to make a work trip affordable. Despite a bit more than obvious wear and tear, it was really clean. No airconditioning but there were fans, windows to open, and a little deck to relax on. It's not their fault Colorado was in the... More
