Great place to relax and have fun. Room was very clean and staff extremely friendly and easy going. Hotel resteraunt provided great food and service. Highly recommend. We are really looking forward to going back. Lots of on site activities. Like hot tubbing and swimming.

Vail cascade always exceeds my expectations with the quality of their customer service. They make one feel like their patronage is important. They remember you from past stays and acknowledge you by name. I keep coming back and recommending VCS to all of my friends because of the superb customer service!

Booked this with 4 other families for a lacrosse tournament weekend. Staff was very accommodating, even helping us fix our son's lacrosse stick. Bar staff took great care of us and all the kids. Pool and hot tub were at perfect temperatures for a cool spring day. All the staff were so helpful and nice.

MY wife and I stay at the Vail Cascade for our 25th wedding anniversary. The accomidations were excellent. We loved our stay there and our visit to Vail. Our room at an excellent view of the mountains and it was nice and quite.

stayed at this hotel during ski season . loved the place , people are friendly and excellent service . will go againwill try the spa next time i checked it and looks great.also there is the convenience of ski chair on site.

We have stayed at a few places in Vail, but this is by far our favorite family resort for a weekend away. All of us love the pool, the restaurant, and the location. The path to Vail Village is a great walk or bike ride. For a family get away to the mountains, this is a great choice.

My family and I stayed at the Vail Cascade for one Saturday night. The first problem was parking, there isn't much.
