No doubt this is a beautiful hotel. Extravagant and luxurious. Heated floors to keep your toes warm on the bathroom floor. Separate shower and bath. Great location and views. But where it lost me was the insane prices. We had breakfast here and ordered one cup of coffee, eggs and bacon, french toast, milk. Normally a $30.00 max meal and... More

Hello, Thanks so much for sharing your feedback about your stay with us. I will be sure to share your important feedback with the relevant management on our team. I just wanted to clarify the Resort Fee you reference, of $30 per day (not $40). The Resort Fee is a standard that the majority of Vail Valley resorts charge. Included... More

My husband and I spent two nights at the Four Seasons Resort Vail in March. The hotel was beautiful! The service was exceptional. Anytime we needed something it was delivered within minutes. The ski concierge was excellent. It was so nice not to have to carry equipment and have everything stored and dried for the next day. When we were... More

I am not a ski resort town type of person, being from PA. So part of my experience on this trip was Vail in general. However, the Four Seasons could not have met my expectations any better. The service was FS all the way, the hotel was quaint and yet had all the amenities you could expect. Large rooms (who... More

Could not have had a better time. The facilities, service, and people were top notch. Every detail was accounted for and everything at the facility is first rate. The location could not be better. Only negative was that the refrigerator in the room did not get cold enough (nothing the ice machine could not take care of). Would go back... More

Four Seasons Hotels are my favorite group of hotels, and so I was disappointed to find that the Vail property was a mixed bag in my opinion. I read many of the reviews about the hotel before coming here, and find many of them to be accurate. Since I have stayed at many Four Seasons , I had to think... More

we've been to var four seasons and such hotels over many years and my review is not one based upon snobbery or undue expectations but on what one would reasonably expect a hotel such as this. none of what i post will be biased by one individual or a personal favor to anyone at the hotel. the property and locale... We are frequent travelers to Vail but this was our first time staying at the Four Seasons. The hotel is HUGE with a somewhat confusing layout of rooms and seemingly miles of spacious corridors. Our room was very large by Vail standards - entrance "hall" with walk-in closet, large bedroom with fireplace and balcony with mountain views, big bathroom with... More

My husband and I recently spent 4 nights at the Four Seasons Vail. We are very loyal to the brand and were hoping for the best, but left feeling somewhat disappointed. Decor: Layout is a bit odd, and it feels more corporate than mountain rustic. Service: Excellent Food: Not good. Ate only breakfast at the hotel, but roomservice waffle and... More

This is a new Four Seasons and only if you have stayed at another FS property would you realize the Vail group is a little off in service, especially Flame Resturant. Avoid the Resturant untill they can figure it out. I won't bore you with all the details. I spoke with the manager and he was very receptive, hopefully they... More

Upon checking in March 11 we were told we were upgraded to a suite. At that point realized I might not be able to write an objective review, but will try anyway. Not too tough, as with exception of a few issues, this is a first class, 5 star, beautiful resort. First time in Vail and wouldn't hesitate to stay... More
