Recently booked a vacation but had to cancel 3 weeks in advance due to an unexpected surgery. The hotel didn't agree to cancel the advance fee and since are not responding to any contact attempt. I am a platinum member and this is by far the worst experience I had with hotel management. Be careful!!!!!!!
