Stayed here again on a trip to Winter Park. Love the ski in/out location. Last time we stayed our youngest skier was only a green level skier and it was hard for him to ski to the condo. Pilot light on fireplace in July is turned up so much the unit is too hot to sleep in. Called maintenance, and after calling they conferred with their management, they refused to come out. Have also discovered that the bed springs in the fold-out couch are poking through the mattress, and the bathtub drain is clogged. Misrable.
