Detailed Reviews
Upon arrival you enter a majestic building that is followed by majestic views of Pike Peak. Each room offers a theme accompanied by a luxurious spa tub. In addition to having a private balcony, there are additional outdoor patios for lounging. You are offered a 4 hour wine bar and wake each morning to a large selection of gourmet breakfast options prepared by your host, Ron. Ron is flexible and kind. He was sensitive to our current state of affairs specific to Covid-19 and took every necessary precaution. He offered social distancing dining, wore a mask, had hand sanitizer, Lysol Wipes and extra masks for guests. This is our second visit with him and will certainly not be the last. Thanks, Ron!

The setting was amazing with beautiful views. Ron, the owner is very kind, helpful and talkative. Everything was well maintained and Ron provides some little "extras" at no additional charge that just make it even more welcoming. He's also an amazing cook, and the breakfast presentation and taste were just awesome! I'd recommend staying here and I'll certainly do it again!

The anniversary we celebrated at Paradise Peaks was nothing short of magical. Our room was so comfortable, well-stocked, and clean. The view throughout the house was INSANELY gorgeous. Ron is an amazing host. He made us feel welcomed and gave us ideas for some cool things to do (it was our first time in Colorado). An added bonus was the incredible breakfast he made for us every morning. We loved the pancakes!! The butter cake and ice cream was so good that I asked for the recipe....that cake alone would be a reason to return to Paradise Peaks....not even exaggerating....We left Paradise Peaks feeling rested, recharged, and ready to go back home to our three crazy kids. Something important that we learned while staying at PPP was that making reservations directly with them is the best and most cost effective way to book. If you are planning on making a reservation, call the facility directly. Thank you Ron for making our 5th anniversary one for the books!

My girlfriends and I took a night away from the city to unwind. We found Pikes Peak Paradise and it was perfect. Ron was a great host. He helped us find a place to eat for dinner. He also made sure the breakfast he prepared was specific to everyone’s diet. He made us feel welcome and that made the stay really enjoyable. The location is great. It’s off the beaten path, but not too far from the city. The views are stunning and the patio view will have you sitting taking it all in. Our room had a hot tub in it and Ron made sure it was filled and warm by the time we arrived. It was a great stay and I’d go back! Thanks, Ron!

Ron has incorporated every possible detail to make your stay enjoyable! The view of Pikes Peak is second to none from the decks of each room. Our room was definitely larger than a hotel room and was so comfy and quiet. We enjoyed our wine and had added on the cheese plate and chocolate fondue so we would not have to drive back down the hill. We had already spent all day at a business meeting in Woodland Park so loved having this option for cheese, fruit, vegetables and chocolate. Ron made these trays so lovely you had to take a picture. Breakfast this morning was gourmet and 8 hours later we still are not hungry!
So thankful we found Pikes Peak Paradise B&B and will definitely be back.

Just a beautiful place! Anne Marie and Dane are wonderful hosts - they even played some games with me and my kiddo one evening and that was a lot of fun. The views from PPP are breathtaking. The grounds are beautiful. This is a great place to come to relax and chill and get away from all of life‘s stresses. The location was good for us because we were wanting to engage in many activities in nearby areas. It’s a little bit of a drive to get to Cañon City (about 90 minutes) and all the white water rafting areas, but the drive is so gorgeous you don’t mind doing it. There are a lot of things to do close by (Cave of the Winds, Pike’s Peak train, Garden of the Gods, the Colorado Wolf and Wildlife Sanctuary) as well as a little further on in Cañon City as mentioned. I would absolutely stay here again and again and again! Breakfast was wonderful and had some regular mainstays along with unique offerings daily – and they were all excellent. The room has a lot of amenities, including a microwave and a small refrigerator, both of which came in very handy. They are working on renovations that are needed, but even so, this place is wonderful and I can highly recommend it. The photo is the view from our room at Pike’s Peak Paradise, and ALL the rooms have this view!!! 💖💖💖💖💖

I booked this for a short mountain R&R and it really exceeded my expectations. I was looking for solitude and beautiful surroundings and this place gave me that and more. The owner, Ron, is a wonderful and accommodating host and allowed me the solitude I wanted while still being available to answer a question or offer me a wonderfully delicious breakfast. I brought my pug and Ron was very welcoming to her as well. The building is beautiful and the views from our balcony were magnificent. Sitting out on the balcony under an umbrella eating the meat and cheese plate and drinking the champagne and looking at the mountains with only the sound of the birds and the wind was just what I needed. Me and my pug will definitely go back.

My wife and I stayed for six nights in the Liebling Suite and had a wonderful time. The suite is the only one on the main level and has its own private balcony above the others. We napped multiple times in the afternoons on that deck to truly the best mountain view we’ve ever had. The room was quiet and had a jacuzzi and a fireplace to make it relaxing and cozy. We were comfortable the entire time. If you can snag this suite, I highly recommend it.
The new owners, Anne Marie and Dane, were exceptionally kind and truly made every effort to make our stay special. There’s a breakfast menu with multiple great options each morning, and we didn’t have a breakfast we didn’t love. Quiche, avocado toast, fruit, hash, pancakes, bacon—you name it—Anne Marie had it ready. If you’re planning on going into nearby Woodland Park or Manitou Springs, or trekking up to the top of Pike’s Peak, there were always great lean protein options for more active days.
Perhaps the most remarkable thing about Pike’s Peak Paradise is how removed from civilization it feels while still having every amenity you could want and only being 20 or so minutes from where you want to go. We visited a beautiful wolf sanctuary where you can pet and howl with the wolves, Garden of the Gods, and Manitou Springs during our stay and still made it back in the afternoons to relax and rest. There’s even a pizza place that’ll deliver to it despite it being off the beaten path. To illustrate just how good the view is, the local pizza delivery boy said on arrival, “I’ve never seen anything like this in my life!”
Last, seriously consider their upgrade offers. We purchased the Three Course Dinner for Two option mostly on a whim. We’ve always wanted to have a private chef meal, and we thought it would be a great opportunity, though we really didn’t know what to expect. That meal absolutely blew us away. We are still talking about it. The dinner was made by Chef James who has an impeccable resume and who was equally kind and fun while making us what may be the best meal we’ve ever had. All courses were worth writing home about, the porkbelly (chicharonnes) starter I think winning the evening. We were so floored, the day before we left we went to his food truck called Red Diamond Gastro Truck to get a less elevated though still remarkable lunch. The meals Chef James cooked for us were the best food we had on the trip. You won’t be disappointed. When we go back, and we will, we’ll buy that upgrade again, and frankly would pay more if asked. It’s that good.
Stay here. Not a dime we spent felt wasted. We drank wine in the evenings, laughed it up with Anne Marie, spent hours in the jacuzzi looking out at one of nature’s greatest marvels, and returned home energized. There truly is not another place like it around.

We had a perfect stay at The Pikes Peak Paradise Bed & Breakfast to celebrate our inner healing.
The accomodations were very full of very nice hospitable thoughts. This beautiful bed & breakfast home exceeded our expetations, and it made our healing blessed.
This included a generous welcoming; cozy, comfortable spaces to feel at home with. A generous & dated glass of wine, delicious chocolate dessert.
The unbelievable breakfast was hands down the best organic healthy breakfast ever! We had a delicious Organic Micky Mouse Waffle; spinach quiche; fruit parfait and an amazing smoothie!! Choices juices or coffee as well.
Our bedding was very comfortable for the 3 of us. The hot tub in the room was warmed for us.
The best part is that the Host, Ron was very willing to share local information, show us around, provide the thoughtful extras (extending his kindness with making sure we were comfortable by introducing all of us) and help us enjoy our time there. Ron is an exceptional host that is eager to make us comfortable.
We would highly recommend this unique place in the middle of this moutain, across from the Pike Peak. Definitely worth another stay and extended stay!

Each room has an amazing view and very unique decor. The breakfasts were delicious and we even learned some new omelette tricks. The location makes you feel like you are “off the grid” but it was within a 30-45 minute drive to most of the major attractions. We would definite stay there again.

Hi Caryl S,
I am Ron the owner of Pikes Peak Paradise. I am 10 minutes or 3 miles away from downtown Woodland Park where there are plenty of good restaurants. The Swiss Chalet, Carmen's Bistro, Fusion Japan, Serrano's Mexican & Joanie's Deli are my top choices. There are some winding roads to Woodland Park so it is an absolute beautiful drive. It is about 30 minutes to downtown Colorado Springs. The last mile up to Pikes Peak Paradise is a steep drive so an all-wheel or 4-wheel is recommended in winter. When I send out a confirmation I will send detailed directions, restaurants and attractions as well. Any more questions just call me at the B&B at 719-687-6656. Ron W. Pijut
