The staff and facilty are great! Very family friendly.... They have a very clean facility and it is close to many nice attractions. If you like to be left alone and don't need someone underfoot this is the place. I was very pleased and would stay with them again.

The room (double queen suite) was wonderful! Everything was very clean, and the room was incredibly large. We enjoyed the living area and fireplace, and the super-sized bathroom. Staff was very friendly and accommodating--she definitely knew customer service was a priority. We will absolutely stay at the lodge again and couldn't rate it higher.

Check-in was friendly and quick. Cabin was comfortable. Location a bit far from the sights in Colorado Springs, but certainly do-able. Very much appreciate that their pet policy allowed our friendly and well-traveled German Shepherd to accompany us. Too many properties that claim to be "pet friendly" allow only very small (oftentimes yappy!) dogs.
